Gen V Idle dip then spikes - 2018 stage 2 cam

Okay so I have a rather simple issue, but i'm clearly looking over it. Second set of eyes would be great.

I posted the tune file and the log.
In the log you can see where I rev the engine to about 2000 RPMs, as the engine decays back to idle the engine drops below target and spikes up the engine. But the engine revs more then what is needed.

Target RPM is 850 RPMs, the dip drops to 680 RPMs, the spike jumps back to 2000 RPMs then decays to 850 target.

How do I decay the rpms do drop slower to idle?
I feel that the RPMs are possibly dropping to quickly to idle then drops below the target. It doesn't do it everytime, but mainly does it every few tries and you can only rev it to 2000 RPMs for it to happen. If you rev it anything lower then 2000, or anything higher then 2000 it wont happen.

Only mods are stage 2 cam.
