2007 f150 with cams and headers looking for a tune file or help
I have a 2007 f150 5.4 with Ford performance racing cams and SBA headers for 3 inch exhaust I'm looking for a tune file or base good base file or tables I can copy over or just some help getting this thing idling and running correctly thank you
Is the truck stock as far as Intake Manifold Runner Control? Are there any changes to the air intake system, fuel injectors, or exhaust system? I see SBA do you mean JBA headers and are they short tube or long tube headers? just make sure you list any changes made to the truck I'm looking at your log and calibration file. Just keep me posted on the truck and ill make some changes you can try out and see if its where you want it. Also once trucks engine is dialed in your gonna want to make some changes to your trans and shift points due to the increase in rpms due to the cams.
Just checked out your log you are missing main parameters needed to properly calibrate the truck you need these listed below added to your channels list.
AIR LOAD
MAF VOLTAGE
TIMING RETARD
THROTTLE ANGLE
THROTTLE ANGLE DESIRED
CLOSED LOOP ACTIVE
OPEN LOOP ACTIVE
(ANY SOURCES YOU SEE)
EQUIVALANCE RATIO COMMANDED
ACCELERATOR PEDAL POSTION SENSOR 3
THROTTLE POSITION SESOR 1 & 2
FUEL RAIL PRESSURE
FUEL PUMP DUTY CYCLE
Here are a few you can play with you will most likely need to dial in the maf add those channels I have listed above and make a log for me if possible. see if she idles good ad has decent driveability.
