Help tuning my new 2006 GTO

Have had the car for less than a week, its been a car I've wanted for a long time. Asking for some tuning advice as I'm brand new to this kind of stuff when it comes to vehicles. The car absolutely won't cold start unless you give it gas, hold RPMs until its warm. Only then will it idle, also starts fine when warmed. Honestly know very little specifics of modifications. I know it has SLP headers, aftermarket exhaust, a Texas Speed cam, 2500 RPM stall converter, and a single piece driveshaft. The guy I got it off of said the cam was "the biggest one they offered in 2008". He had bought it from some other source, so he didn't know specifics either.

Attached is the as found tune that I read as soon as I got my MPVI3. Also first log but not sure what all to include.

I just looked real quick...my goat hasn't been basically stock for awhile. Once had stock bottom end with ls3 heads and a btr cam. Does it still have cats? I can see that the catalyst over temp is still enabled, but cant access the post O2 or catalyst section in your tune. The Maf calibration has only been touched in the 'low' tab. No changes in Maf 'high' section. The spark tables are the same High/low tables and are all over the place. Cranking spark is same as stock. The target idle speed at temp is 850, but in the idle rpm limits, it's 950 at 0. Then set for 750 from 3.1 to 24.9. Also the base running airflow has been changed. Just some quick observances I saw, haven't even looked at the log.

Your startup airflow is really odd, lol. Pull a stock file from the repository and start with the stock startup airflow.

Try these: Be sure an save a copy of your tune first.

Tried those with no luck on cold start. But what I also tried was taking my as found tune, made a separate copy returning it all to stock settings and then transferred some settings over from the as found. Car cold starts somewhat well and enough to where it doesn't die straight after cranking/start.

Attached is the new tune on the car, any advice on how it looks would be appreciated. Also attached a log with new tune as well. The car is running pretty rich so any advice regarding that would be appreciated too

Just a quick glance, you need to log a few more pids. You atleast need to log cyl air for timing alone. Your timing tables are pretty stockish. You should probably log a startup if that was your issue? Your adaptive spark tables are ridiculous lol, no wonder it sounds like a big cam. You definitely need to dial in fueling both maf and VE.

First thing you need to do is figure out with certainty exactly what injectors are in it.

Second thing is, holy shit no wonder it won't start cold. What idiot has been pecking at that thing?

This one should start up cold. There's lots more work to be done but this should fix that one problem.
