4.3 black box to p59 pcm swap

I have a 2000 blazer 4.3, marine intake, and turbo. With the stock pcm, there is no way to correctly tune for boost.
What is the process to swap pcm to a P59

How to change the vin
Will it require more credits
Will the stock sensors work
Will it work with DBC, AC, Knock sensor

I do understand I will have to repin, which year / model would I need?
I?m ready to purchase pcm and plugs for pcm but there are so many variations and different service/ OS numbers.
