FMEM Error after a pull

After a pull in 14 GT500 with lots of mods I get OL FMEM error and the O2 sensors stop reading. I will also get the fuel source says Stabilized. Then after a little bit it will go back to normal fuel source and 02's start to read. The car doesn't seem to go into limp mode or anything like that. This only seem to happen after a pull. Has anyone seen this or know why this would be happening.

Have you figured it out

We believe we did. Think it was running out of fuel pump. So I am upgrading my fore hat from a dual pump to a triple pump system. Will know once I get it back for sure.
