Airbag light, suspension light, tailgate problems, flat tires, etc. not related to PCM reading, editing, flashing, etc.

Where did i say anything about a flat tire 🤔, anyway yes it is a issue caused by tune

Thank you for contacting HP Tuners support

Try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes, sometimes some modules don't like to play nice when they are told to "shut up" during the read/flash process.

This is there fix but this didnt work

aren't the airbag and suspension and liftgate modules all apart of the BCM? is it possible that a) some wiring or connections were disturbed during install process or b) bcm was already taking a shit and the flash process helped it out the door?

the 07's weren't exactly known for solid modules. i'd recommend approaching those issues a separate issues and ignore the fact that you just flashed pcm.(power train control module)

i would start by checking wires and pins at pcm since it is under hood and connected to bcm. could be completely off here tho, just my $.02

Need to scan all modules and see what codes they have.

Yes all linked to bcm, wiring already checked, u0241 lost communication with rfa module all over the place

Are you sure the code is u0241 and not u0214. U0241 shows to be for Headlamp Control Module, u0214 is for rfa. Can you communicate with air bag, object detection, lift gate, seat heater modules?

Most of the flashing issues with other modules that was happening 15+ years ago has been taken care of with software updates. That being said, I've never heard of airbag modules being affected by flashing let alone a tailgate module. It's funny I've flashed literally thousands of vehicles and for some strange reason never have these issues. I stand by my original statement. This isn't a "tuning" problem and it's not a flashing problem.

Not correcting or contradicting you, just pointing out that's from the sticky thread at the top of the forum that nobody ever reads even on penalty of death.

Cardoctor27 yes 214 sorry. Iv done all wiring checks and everything is perfect so it leads back to a faulty bcm. Just have a really hard time believeing it took a crap on its own after the first read and write on the ecm, esp when others have experianced similar issues. Also performed a full scan of all modules before i flashed it and none of these faults were in any of the modules

Looks like a lot of the lights that are on and what?s not working is on splice pack sp300. See if you can communicate with any module on the splice pack. Any of the modules can short out and make other modules lose communication. It could also have the wire broke between sp300 and sp200. Sp300 is in the b pillar drives side. I can?t get my pictures to load but I?m sure you can google the diagram. I?m sure you?ve already done it but check all of the fuses.IMG_4903.png The a-m connector view is the splice pack.

Ok so made some progress on these issues, disconnected battery for a period of time and pulled fuses still doing the same thing. Finally decided to do battery voo doo(vag fix for about everything) disconnect and hold both terminals together to drain capacitors and now everything seems to be back online and working, next time i flashed it though it did the same thing. found i have to flash with key in position 1 so that all modules are not powered up. Got a file together and car seems to be running really good but seems I'm getting a little detonation it sounds like( or something is loose but dont remember hearing this on original file, when in 5th or 6th gear low rpms and try to slowly accelerate. I'm going to get some logs together but if someone could look at the file and see if they see anything off the jump would be a great help

Actually pretty common for the stage 2. You'll want to pull some timing in the lower rpms higher loads and even the lower loads down to around a 40ish airmass.
