    Intake map readings

Hi all I'm a newbie here, just learning about tuneing. I have a 2011 gmc sierra 1500 5.3 flex. I recently installed long tube headers, borla exhaust, k&N cold air intake, jet throttle body, and a jet maf sensor. My question is what is a good map reading in inHG with key on engine off and with engine on in idle? I'm in Florida basically at sea level. Barometric pressure is 102 kpa. My readings currently have:

Key on engine off: 29.8 inHg
    Engine running park: 11.9 inHg

Thanks in advance for any assistance
