6.4L Whipple Throttle Cut Now w/High Boost

Went with smaller pulley setup with a switch to E85 (w/ProCommander interface for flex fueling) and now WOT MAP reaches 180kpa and TPS cuts momentarily (down to ~90kpa) and then back to full throttle. Might cut again but I got out of the throttle since it's a bit jarring...

She did fine with the mid-level boost pulley setup with 160kpa sensed MAP, but seems like it's hitting a limiter.

Here are a couple logs that have the WOT cut occurrence (one has a richer WOT VE hence the higher AirCharge values)

I believe my Torque and PR/AirFlow max tables are well over what's being registered, but...

Pls take a look to see what I'm missing for the higher boost.
    Many thx!

Can you point out a time stamp in the data logs where it does what you're saying? Down at the bottom are 2 timers. One is real time the other is log time. Please point out in log time where it is.

    Yeah sorry
For the ....2nd Cruise log, it's 12:13 local time and 05:00 log time
For the ... DD VE+ log, it's 4:54 local time, and surprisingly 4:54 log time
    Thx!

First thing is, you have way too many pids and it looks like some of them may be conflicting. Use this pid list and do a data log just sitting idling and rev it lightly a few times. Post that here so I can see if it has everything I need.

Ok, here is that test log.

I can certainly thin out some, but which PIDs from my original were actually conflicting?
    Thx again

There were multiple throttle position pids and they did not move like the throttle voltage. I had to hunt for the 1 throttle pid that dipped just like the IDC.

In general it looks like the tune is pretty far off. The trims are bottoming out at -21.1% and -18% and stick there. The trims are slow to react but they swing way positive before anything starts happening. That tells me 2 things. The injector data most likely isn't correct and the VE tables are way off if it's in speed density. I didn't look at it I'm just going off what I see in the data logs.
