negative idle timing cold starts and on light throttle when cold

So I'm currently trying to figure out why my timing at idle is going so negative like it's trying to lower the idle even though I have base air flow set pretty normal for the setup and desired air flow is actually higher than what I have commanding so it doesn't make sense why it would be pulling timing rather than adding, ECT has to get up to around 130s and I notice timing runs where it should. setup is a ls swap rx8 5.7 231/248 cam ls6 intake and what not no apparent vacuum leaks I'll try and post a tune and log file. What I'm talking about happens within the first minute of the log

Doesn't look turned off in the tune file you posted.

You know what your right i was thinking of egr spark tables for some reason i changed catalyst heating tables this morning and cold start driving was way better not sluggish anymore while trying to take off if ect was below 140s thanks for the little pointer id still be scratching my head over. On a side note ive never had to mess with that catalyst heating table on my two other 0411 ls swapped trucks but with this i would feel the drastic loss of response when taking off while engine was still cold.
