I dont see a wideband input in the datalog.
And timing is in the single digits so its going to feel really weak.
Have you checked your fuel pressure?

Needs more injector too, for sure because you are going to go higher than 6,000rpm with this camshaft.

Stop flooring it if it's untuned like that, you're going to hurt something. You need to redo the whole airflow model before you start worrying about how it bogs when you floor it.

Double check your fuel pressure too.

I can't edit your tune as I use the older MPVI but you still need to setup the tune for the camshaft. The idle and timing settings need more changes, abuse mode on the engine side needs changed, set to 7,000rpm and 0mph. In the systems tab, systems options the brake torq mngt needs to be set to zero.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

First thing you need to do is put a fuel pressure gauge on it. Preferably one you can see while driving. No tuning adjustments should be made without first confirming you have adequate fuel pressure at all times, not just idle.

The factory C5 vette filter/regualtor is suppose to be 58psi with the factory pump.

Im pretty sure you can see your problem above in red.

Get a wix filter and try again.
Ive thrown away so many of the cheap filter/regualtors i cringe when somebody brings me something to be tuned with one of them dang things on there.
