Get larger injectors and a wideband oxygen sensor for tuning. Then read up on how to tune the MAF curve and the VE table to get fueling under control.
The stock injectors won't support the power a 6.0 with a camshaft can make.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
