2018 Z06 reads ECM but fails on CCM with, "controller unlocker: web service - response pending, retry in 15 minutes". Using latest BETA software and 5.0.4. Any suggestions on why it's doing this?

Are you connected to the internet when attempting to read the controllers? If so, you will have to submit a support ticket and they will patch it on their end. Ran into this on a 2019 ZL1.

Yes, reads out the ECM but fails on the other. Tried several times and same everytime, reads ECM fails the other. Found exhaust valve fuse missing (keeps valves open) replaced and same result. Valves work in all modes so I assume the controller is working. Car is a manual transmission.

Sometimes it takes few hours to work.

Well 7.5hrs later it still didn't work. Car has been picked up, if it comes back then I'll email support. Thank You

Do you need to read the CCM??? If not just read the engine only and save the file

Unless you want to change the exhaust valve function in the CCM I wouldn’t pull that module, just do a read on engine only
