S550 Mustang PCM Bricked? help/advice needed

2018 Ford Mustang automatic
Recently installed a 3.0L whipple blower and am getting ready for tuning,
car starts and idles fine so that i can bleed coolant and check for leaks,
got sent a base HPT file for the same model and setup,
copied over all the important tables,
full write into car with battery charger attached,
car cranks but no start,
full write stock file back into car,
car still cranks but doesnt start,

ive tried disconnecting battery for 15mins and reconnecting, still no start.

any ideas on what i could be doing wrong?

You copied something incorrectly. Send files ill look into it
