11 Mustang 5.0 coyote problem with Flexfuel enable / lost of power

Hi,
I've a mustang 2011 with 5.0L coyote engine.
In France we run often E85 (all my others vehicles like hemi motors)
I want to enable Flexfuel option but unlike F150, many FFV tables are zeros. So after many search and Goat Rope Garage videos, I change my tune. But I've lost of power and engine show hesitations at low rpm/constant speed. (No MIL)
I've attached my tunes and log after changes.
(I've also no change on LTFT but I see many have this problem, I don't know why)

I looked at your tune. I was missing some unfilled tables, the engine works well now, the LTFT corrections seem to work, I haven't yet had time to make a log to validate but it seems good to me!
