You have to also put your misfire settings under the misfire tab back to stock and that's even if it'll show them.
    2010 Vette Stock Bottom LS3 - LS2 APS Twin Turbo Kit, Trick Flow Heads and Custom Cam - 12psi - 714rwhp and 820rwtq / 100hp Nitrous Shot starting at 3000 rpms - 948rwhp and 1044rwtq still on 93
    2011 Vette Cam Only Internal Mod in stock LS3 -- YSI @ 18psi - 811rwhp on 93 / 926rwhp on E60 & 1008rwhp with a 50 shot of nitrous all through a 6L80

Ok, Various logs collected and MisFire counts accumulating, as noted previously, Cylinder #5 is out of bounds.

No it has spark, compression is ~145 lbs, injector is flowing good....

Few logs attached, any insights would be appreciated.

    DTC's tripped:

    Trouble Codes:
P0305 - Cylinder 5 Misfire Detected (Pending, Current, Permanent)
Controller Type ID By OS: 5040

You also have a pedal correlation code P0121 that you'll want to fix too, but yes cylinder 5. It was setting coil codes previously. Check voltages and everything going to the coil with it plugged up and running via back probing. Make sure the plug and wire are good (I assume replaced with the coil?) then if you can do a leak test. If you don't have the tools for a leak test then do a running compression test and compare that to a neighboring cylinder. Swap all 4 (injector, coil, plug and wire) with a neighboring cylinder and see if the problem follows. If it doesn't then yank the valve cover and see if anythings off there such as a loose rocker, broken spring or maybe a wiped cam lobe. You should technically have some sounds with everything except possibly a cracked or broken spring.

Yep, all cylinders, all wires, plugs, coils. Couple cylinders, in fact #5 used the "Granatelli Motor Sports Malevolent Coil Packs" just in case spark was weak.

Have performed the crank without starting to visually verify all rockers moving, seems ok, meaning all rockers moving about same distance.
Have not actually ran engine with valve covers removed, not sure if something at operating speeds would be occurring?

Compression is ~145 on all cylinders, have as yet not performed leak-down, but do have the Harbor freight kit.

Know wires are sparking and plugs do seem consistent across drivers/passenger side banks.
Not 100% sure what back probing means, assume checking voltages all the way back to the ECM?

The fact the mis-fire is not 100%, is that typical for ecm detection to not be 100%, yet the physically indication/observation is 98% mis-fire, in that the mis-fire will go away about 2% of the time?

Back probing is checking a circuit by probing from the back side of a connector, with it connected.

He couldn't access the DTC switches without going through the "training".

Only after connecting to vehicle can DTC's be read and the only DTC triggered at the moment is the lingering P0741 "P0741 OBD-II Trouble Code: Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Performance or Stuck Off " issue. That another topic.

Is there a HPTuners licensing issue that limits DTC's from being read from log files?
My license is per vehicle, not the unlimted type that a professional tuner would have access to?

It's in log details. It polls for DTCs on start up. If it throws a code while running it will not show up there.

Wanted to provide an update after running another compression check that showed about ~130 while running, cold and warm....

However, started looking at Plug and Wire...

DOH!, Dont ask me how, they were brand new couple months back and I am the only one who worked on the engine in that time. So, WTH!

Anyways, misfire gone after new plug and wire...

Thanks for the help and hint to enable P300 MisFire to diagnose which cylinder.... Not sure, but original tuner must have disable all the P300 MIL's....
