2011 Ford escape Very little parameters to mess with

I have a 2011 ford escape 3.0. I contacted support and they added the controller for my escape. Upon opening the tune I see very little I can mess with or even see. I have no fuel maps at all. It shows it has vvt but gives me no options to mess with. Timing is very limited as this car has e85 I was planning on changing only the e85 tables. There is very little in the drive by wire section And no dashpot settings. I have advanced mode turned on and I completed the emissions classes. I am using an mvpi3. I have included the tune. Im just not sure if the tuning is even available or if its something im doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated
