Godzilla r140 swap.

stock engine with custom CAI.
MAF dialed in
trans tune
hits a limp mode with no codes after reaching 42 mph.
reverted it to a stock e350 file (engine and trans besides MAF) and it still dose it. accelerator pedal % hits 5.5% when it happens but pedal position D reads like the drivers foots on the pedal. not sure why these read different.
anyway it bounces from TQ base decel to Driver demand back and forth while in this limp mode. spark, throttle, and vct all follow the accelerator pedal but accelerator pedal pos D is higher.

any advice would be appreciated.
