    Thanks for the help so far. I did see what you did on the 0824 current with the rpm rescale. I have smoothed out he big jump in timing there ( I'm surprised I didn't catch that as it was pretty substantial) and have been running it for a day or so. Haven't got any logs yet and it has been too hot here to do anything anyway. Will update in the coming days

    Finally spent a bit of time on this, made a some small changes and got a log. its getting better, still dialing the fuel trims again.
    Couple minor things I've noticed. Typically on cold starts when the start up rpm is high, the rpm will drop as soon as its put into gear, it doesn't seem to do that anymore. if engine temp is warm it seems normal.
    Idle desired rpm seems to dip below the target more so when its cold vs. at temp.... cold it will drop about 100 or more rpm below target...I was thinking it was the Idle PID but its not as bad once its warm so not sure on that.
