2016 F150 5.0 Boss 302 intake swap

I have a 2016 f150 xlt and I just installed the Boss 302 Intake. It's giving me the intake runner codes as well a rough idle. I am very new here and I've been searching for 3 hours for anything about it and I get close answers but not for my predicament. Any help please.

This needs a complete tune, MPs needs to be rearranged.

What is the correct setup on the HP tuner on a 2016 f150 boss 302 manifold? I am extremely new to the HP tuner. I deleted the IMRC's but am smelling a rich burning also a rough idle as well. I have been searching for hours and can't find anything besides other tuning companies. Thanks in advance!
