I installed a innovate lc2 wideband to dial in my Maf and SD airflow , Maf tuned just fine , Sd shows up to -28 error , I have triple checked everything to put it in sd tuning setup , Why Is it so far off from stock ?

In the speed density tune the MAF needs to be set to 0hz for the fail high.
You also left the short term fuel trims on, that needs to be off. Then reset the fuel trims prior to logging any data.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
