    Question We didn't tune the trans and got an error. 2021 Camaro

    We got a P0700 Transmission Control System (Mil Request)(Pending, Current, Old) and a U0100 Lost Communication with ECM/PCM, (Current, Permeant) We had an error when flashing. Had to retry again and succeed the 2nd time. What causes the error and how can we prevent it next time when flashing these newer cars. I don't have problems but only with 2020 and newer. MPVI3 was used on this flashing. Got 14 vehicles under my belt and never had this issue.photo_2023-06-25_19-41-44.jpg

    I have had similar issues with newer cars. I just clear the codes and keep going. I believe the newer ecms are not easy to brick from flash alone.

    That happens on a flash sometimes. Just clear the codes and it will be fine.

    TCM just didn't hear from ECM when it expected to.. likely cause it was being flashed.
