    05 ss cobalt one cylinder misfires after 17lbs of boost

    Need someone to give me some new things to look for or try. 93 octane
    2. Tvs 1320
    3. 2.7 molecular pulley
    4. Bkr7e plugs @ 30 thousandths gap
    5. SIEMENS 80# INJECTORS
    6. Oversized tensioner pulley
    7. LSJ Phenolic Intake Spacer
    8. Zzp injecter harness
    9. Zzp dual pass endplate
    10. Option B tank
    11. Ottp return style fuel system set @58psi
    12. Walboro 450 pump with rewire kit
    13. Ls4 throttle body
    14. silicone throttle body coupler
    15. Zzp 3" intake
    16. k&n filter
    17. Ati overdrive super damper
    18. Category 5 ported head
    19. Ottp balance shaft deletes
    20. Zzp stage 2 comp cams 216/218 @ 1mm and 10.78mm/10.69mm lift, 111 LSA

    Need a lot more info on build plus log and tune to have any way for someone to be able to help.

    However, there isn't much in a tune that would affect one cylinder only (if it's the same cylinder every time) and is likely a mechanical or electrical issue.

    Probably a coil. Or an injector. Or a valve. Or wiring. etc., etc., etc.

    My first issue off the bat was could not get the car to idle and would back fire as soon as you would try to stat moving .. and was only running 8hg vac .. was told that no one else was having same issue with cams .. got a different tuner got it to run better but not great .. month into trying to get it fig out pulled valve cover lobes on cams mushroomed in spots pulled the cams put factory back in and had a tune emailed to me to run with stock in it now i could pull out of a stop without backfireing but still didn't run right . 2ys later got replacement cams in and shiped to me after a recall on them not being hardened or something like that ...so thats the story leading up to now

    Took it to a shop last week had a leak down test and did a smoke test on the motor for leaks . To give me piece of mind on all the stuff i did over and over with no luck .. iv done coil swap new spark plugs moved injecters around charged every oring multiple times put new cams in with new lash adjesters .. charged even all the seals in the supercharger i dont lose any coolant..i can run the car at 15 lbs of boost with no misfire.. go into the pedal any farther misfires cylinder 2 get out of the pedal clears up and i can go up to 15 lbs with no problem? Im out of ideas..

    Still not much in a tune to make one only one cylinder misfire but not the others, unless it's running right on the edge of all cylinders misfiring and cylinder 2 just happens to be the one that breaks first.
