If ya don't already have HP Tuners, where did this file come from? Also, not all trucks are created equal even if running same mods and same file. Post a log file. Is it smokey at idle, low midrange, dog up top, noisy, low boost, high EGT, etc. Saying it seems low on power is too broad to really offer any opinion.

The kid that tuned it sent it too me . Alot of smoke from 2k under runs decent until then smoke stops and feels like thats all it has. Idle is fine A little hard to start .

Well, that is definitely what the tune shows. It looks like there is no understanding of when and how to apply fuel versus timing. There are a couple of good threads around here about tuning with some good starter files. Stay away from the ones that max all the limiters! Potential for a 5k runaway sitting in your driveway! Anyway, I'm not sure you'll find someone to tune your truck for free. Those guys have spent too much time honing their skills. Start small by adjusting the areas of the map that you perceive as issues. I usually start with timing and then introduce bigger fuel changes. But I'm no expert either!

I'm not sure how that tune is even working. Try the stock tune and datalog it just sitting in the driveway. Add to you log "Final Timing Correction Reason".

That is the worst tune i've ever seen posted ever..... You're engine is probably on it's way out or already has a melted piston if you romped this tune more than a few times.....

Honestly most on the forum are people that aren’t familiar with proper tuning themselves and really can’t offer much in the way of help and the small few that are on the forum that do know aren’t going to give much because it’s a business they are in. There are various topics to be found on the forum in regards to some things like timing to fuel but best suggestion overall was above to go back to stock tuning, data log, observe how things work and make small changes till you find what you like or pay a real tuner for tuning and not some kid. I’ve never heard of a runaway engine just sitting in the driveway before just from maxing out rpm limiters

Looking at this, injector pulsewidth, and boost limit fueling need some work.. probably smokey the way the tune is now? Im not a fan of the timing map.. but its probably ok
