Under Engine, Fuel, OL & CL there are some entries to enable and disable LTFT Idle Cells. What is this for exactly? Is it some sort of LTIT?

Those parameters tell you when you enter the Idle LTFT cells.
The Cell numbers are HERE.
There isn't any LTIT & STIT on the LS2's
