newbie setting up different ecm question

1 have a 6.0 liter that ive had in my 2000 k2500 obs crew cab (weighs 7300 lbs). I did the ls swap @ 10yrs ago. I did a poor mans rebuild about a week ago on the 6.0 and put in a small cam btr 511 lift 202/202 dur 111+1. also threw on a set of 5.3 heads for low end torque. the truck rarley sees 5000 rpm so was looking for grunt on the bottom. i also put a 0411 ecm from a 2001 Silverado in it as I was told they are more reliable when flashing. heres my question its pulling a pretty large amount of fuel and so i started by cross referencing the injector data from a 99 suburban (original ls motor} and the 2001 Silverado and they are different in the two ecms. should i change that before adjusting fuel? thanks for any help

    A 1999 Suburban would still be a 5.7, the LS 5.3 didn't start until model year 2000.

But yes, if the injectors are different between the computer and actual injectors installed on the engine, you must change that information.

You also need to copy over a 6.0 VE table and make sure the cylinder volume is setup correctly for a 6.0. All of those things factor into the fueling.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
