Procharged ls1 on 3 bar wont read beyond 105 KPA, reason is I am trying to measure how much boost the car is at

Remove the 1-bar 'SAE' channel, use the 3-bar MAP instead (don't try to log both at the same time).

Similarly, do not log any MAF-related channels while you're asking for the MAF to be ignored.

Ok I?m new to hptuners. How do I go about removing MAF channel
Do i need to be connected to the car in order to do that?

Yes, connected to the car, key on or running. Click the green icon at the top of the channels list, click 'show only supported whatever', search for likely terms - 'map', 'absolute', etc.
