Anyone have a stock ?18+ 5.0 flex fuel engine file I can use to convert over 3.5 EB?

I?ve got a 2020 f-150 w/ 3.5 ecoboost. I?m going to be enabling the flex fuel logic to enable ethanol based fuels but I have to blend some of my tables and adjust some parameters that aren?t defined from the non-flex fuel file. If anyone has a stock file they can share, it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks! That’s was quick; I appreciate it. I’m trying to start around E30-E40 and see how my fuel system holds up.

    * looking at your Files, it appears that one is a dedicated E:30 tune were the other one is just a flex fuel tune…? Significant gains with the dedicated versus flex?

They are both flex fuel tunes that can run up to E85 or any combination in-between E30 upto E85. The First tune is your stock tune plus flex fuel. The Second tune is stock plus (I know you might be tuning your own vehicle based on how you would like it to be) so I just added the second in case you wanted a temple to compare your own tune to and see if you want to raise or remove some limits in the stock calibration so you can get a little more performance.

I got everything switched over except for my bias corrections for flex fuel on the O2 sensors and cats. I noticed yours were zero’ed out on your tables. I was going to make them proportional to another flex vs gas table. Any chance you have a stock file (maybe 5.0) that compares the gas vs flex bias charts..? Thanks in advance if you or anyone does.

You need to copy over your stock value from your stock file into your o2 bias and cat from your stock file over to both the flex fuel for those values as well. The Flex Fuel values that are zero'd out need to be the same for both gas and flex fuel for your o2 and cat so they are identical.

The only thing I’m confused about is that on a 5.0 flex fuel vehicle the bias are different between standard fuel and flex fuel. Wouldn’t I need to have those different as well on mine?

I am a noob to HP Tuners and looking to create a flex fuel tune for my 2013 F150 EB for E30. My bluetooth Ethanol Sensor shows me running E30 +/-5% while keeping an eye on other parameters in Torque Pro.
I have a tune from a 2015 F150 5.0 FFV to use for the Flex Fuel parameters but cannot figure out how to copy over the FFV tables manually or using the template I made from the parameter under Engine -> Fuel -> Flex Fuel.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

I appreciate the replies on this old thread. I ended up getting a file a while ago and have had success with the conversion. Thanks for the follow ups.
