Throttle position codes with key on

Hey, I have an L33 I swapped into a 91 toyota pickup.
Had it running good a couple months ago and when I went to run it this weekend and everytime I turn the key on it throws codes for throttle position sensor A and B as well as tac module performance.
If i clear them throttle works great as long as i dont shut the key off.
As soon as I turn it off and back on those 3 codes are back.
I have checked grounds and confirmed good wiring

Just wanted to give a heads up on this issue as i figured out the issue.
I had removed the throttle plate to clean the throttle body and did not get it fully centered upon instalation causing it to not fully close during key on test.
Codes it was throwing were P0120 P0220 and P1516
