    Cam Question

    Currently have a 5.3 with a tss cam and upgraded springs in the process of adding a turbo to it will I be able to run the current cam I have?

    Duration @.050 intake 216 exhaust 220
    Lobe lift. 3.24. 3.24
    Valve lift 1.7. .550. .550
    Lobe separation. 111
    Intake centerline. 110

    Sure you can run it.
    Will it be the most efficient camshaft for a turbo? Probably not but it will work.
    What size turbo?
    in what vehicle?

    7875 or gt45 have both going in 84 cutlass

    Those are very similar on the exhaust side, the only reason to use the GT45 would be if you want less power.
