I searched HPtuners tune repository for a 2004 Trailblazer 5.3L tune file and came up empty.
Does anyone have that file they would be willing to share?

When I put in 2004 & Bravada it shows one result, with a 5.3L.
The hell, it's gone now! It was there 10 minutes ago.
Oh, sorry. Rainier, not Bravada. Oops.
There's also a '04 SSR, auto trans.
Thank You very much.
I downloaded both the Rainer & the SSR. Both of them use the P59 PCM like I have.
I'm fighting a Battery light issue and a code P0141 heater circuit. My harness was built for a 2004 Trailblazer 5.3L motor/transmission. They loaded a 2005 Silverado 5.3L start up tune.
I feel like it will be more cost effective to start over with a new tune than to buy new sensors an rewire the harness to fit.. Maybe the new OS will be more compatible with my Battery light configuration.

I feel like we have been here before.
You have compared wiring diagrams/pinouts between '04 TB and '05 Silverado?
We have been here before. My truck is actually in the body shop for paint work. So I'm not in a big hurry. I drove it the other day and it gave me that code right off the bat. Doesn't give freeze frame data though.
I have studied the O2's pinouts for the P0141 code. It will be cheaper to start with a different Tune file that matches the O2 heater resistance than to buy the O2 and required connectors.
I have friends that say a different OS is more compatible with the S10 Battery light.
So now I have to decide where/what to try and hope I choose wisely...LOL
The 2004 SSR & Rainer share the P59 PCM & O2's that I have, but i don't have any tried and true information on those 2 OS #'s and S10 Battery light

I would just disable the heater codes, as long as the heaters still function and the only 'problem' is that the code set criteria is set up for the other sensor's heater resistance.
That's a good point. I just figure if I'm going to fix the battery light, I may as well go after that too. Thanks for your help finding the OS's

P0141, the post-cat sensor? Have you looked at the diag page for that DTC? Have you compared the diag page for '05 Silverado 5.3 P0141 with '04 TB 5.3 P0141? Because... they both ask you to look for the same heater current range, 0.25A - 1.375A. They do not call out a resistance spec, only the current.
The allowed current range for all 4 O2s in the Trailblazer is 0.25A - 1.375A, but the Silverado is 0.25A - 3.125A upstream & 0.25A - 1.375A downstream.
So if the GM manuals are correct, changing to the TB OS will not change anything about the P0141.
What's the Service Number on your PCM? Because catalog shows different numbers between '04 TB and '05 Silverado. If yours is correct for the Silverado, I don't think you'll be able to put the TB file in it. However if it's the correct number for the '04 TB and they put a '05 Silverado file in it anyway, that may be the cause of your problems.
That's a good point. I just figure if I'm going to fix the battery light, I may as well go after that too. Thanks for your help finding the OS's
The PCM service # is 12586242 and it matches 2004 Trailblazer 5.3L20220920_150334[2305843009277231263].jpg
If I remember correctly there is a 9/10 ohm difference in the rear O2 heater. I understand that when running a code diag tree they look at things by amps and give a min/max allowable amps.
The allowed current range for all 4 O2s in the Trailblazer is 0.25A - 1.375A, but the Silverado is 0.25A - 3.125A upstream & 0.25A - 1.375A downstream.
I also know that if you place a O2 sensor with a 6 ohms resistance where a 16 ohms(or the other way around) should be the PCM is going to see it as out of spec and flag a code.
So when looking at the above spec's you supplied. I find it ODD that the Silverado would have 2 different spec's for upstream & downstream, when it takes the identical part #'s for up & downstream sensors.
The trailblazer has the same spec for up & downstream but have 2 different part #'s and the heater circuit ohms are extremely different.
Is it possible that you got the spec's switched around?
I believe that the root cause of several issues I have are a result of mismatched parts and PCM or OS. This P0141 code is just one issue I have and you fix things one at a time. so far I've fixed 3 small issues with your help, so thank you!!!
I have to schedule time at the body shop to work on it. I hope this spring I will be able to bring it home fully painted and driveable...

Always possible the service manual is wrong. I'm not wrong about relaying what it says in there though.
If there's an error, it's in the Silverado manual where they break it into 5.3/6.0 or 4.8 for one, but 4.8/6.0 or 5.3 for the other.

I see what your saying. I never said I didn't believe you! Still find it ODD based on the part #'s for O2's on each platform.
I guess the only way I'll find out for sure would be to not change any parts at all. Flash the 2004 Rainer or the 2004 SSR tune to my vehicle, because they take the same O2's as I have (with a few changes so it will run) and see if the code comes back or not.
