(unrelated, but your injector data was not entered correctly, and fixing it now will require retuning - your flow rate table is flat as if it's using a boost referenced regulator, but the Offset vs Press vs IGNV is sloped as if it was still returnless)
Just wondering if you saw that part? Not the closed loop issue, but nevertheless....

To correct - copy your 408 columns and then paste into the far right and left columns then interpolate to make the table have the same values all the way across.

Set your dtc's back to report and then use these channels. Looks like it's in open loop fault...

Go get a stock file from the repository, open it as Compare, then change your DTC settings until the green outlined box goes away, that means both files are the same there.

Also make sure to log starting before cranking. These things will do an 02 test on startup, starting with bank 1. Do you happen to know if it was ever tuned with SCT before? You also stated this started after O2 replacement - were the right ones used?

I doubt the car was ever tuned using SCT. This started when I had my car tuned because I put the wrong sensors back in. I didn't know which ones were upstream/downstream by looking at them, and I grabbed the wrong ones. My downpipes only has provisions for 1 o2 in each pipe.

But like I said, the car runs extremely good. I was just wanting the closed loop function working like it is supposed to. I thought it would have been an easier task than it has been to make it work.

You might want to save yourself a headache and grab some more new upstream ones and stick those in just in case one's still the wrong part number. If it's in open loop the driver's side will be the wrong one as it's the first that gets tested and causes a full engine default. Still might want to check the passengers too.

I only ask about sct because I've seen them change things in the background restoring to stock which caused bank 2 defaults even though nothing was wrong with the O2's themselves.

I just realized that Im not running a fuel pressure sensor, so the ECM is using a default fixed value.

That's something different. With a regulator referenced 1:1 to manifold pressure, the delta across the injector is always the same - vacuum below atmosphere lowers rail pressure from the base, boost above atmosphere raises rail pressure above base. This applies not only to the Injector Flow Rate table (which is flat, as is correct for a referenced regulator), but also the Offset vs Press vs IGNV table (which has not been changed to suit the new regulator).
