OS swap

I have a 2004 Tahoe flex fuel i have swapped a 4l80e in. The pcm has os 12585950, and I cannot find a good file with that os to segment swap. My 2003 Tahoe flex fuel has os 12579405, as do several of the 2500hd tunes I have. Would I be off base to use my 2003 tahoe file, segment swap or, and write entire for that tune onto my 2004 pcm, or am I asking for issues? I have licenses for both tahoes, and 2 other 2003 2500hd trucks.

Would this change the 2004 tahoe os correctly?
