09 ls3 corvette fabricated manifold and 102mm throttle body tuning

Hi I have a 2009 Chevy corvette ls3, my car is already tuned for a
slp cold air intake,
Texas speed stage 3 cam kit,
Longtube headers
^currently tuned for^

Sheet metal fabricated intake w/fuel rails
102mm throttle body
^new parts^

This is my first time attempting to complete my own tune (car was previously tuned by another tuner) I read some forums about throttle body tuning involving scalar and the throttle body ratio formula. I could not find any forums on adjusting the tune for the aftermarket intake manifold. Just looking for some advice in terms of what I exactly need too adjust. If anyone has a link to a good forum on intake manifold tuning that would be great as well.
