    E38/T42 combo issue

Hey everyone. Had a customer bring in an old suburban running a L94 engine with a LSA blower with L94 tb, LS3 slot maf, Corvette throttle pedal, T42 TCM with a 4l80 trans. The calibration it was flashed with was an express van from 2009. Issue is the second you go WOT goes to limp mode p0600 code so it's a TAC calibration issue. What car/truck OS will work for this combo?

Are ALL '09 Express vans the late 127lb OS, or did they split 2009 into early/late like some other platforms did? I have several '09 Express sample files and they're all late versions, but that doesn't mean there weren't early ones that I just haven't seen.

So what would cause the limp mode p0606 code. The Corvette APP works with that calibration? That's what it is, but the second you give it any serious throttle the P0606 code comes up.

Corvette pedal, E van TB and OS. These questions are common and it seems to me that all must match exactly. Try a E van pedal

Is it the right ECM service number for the OS, and was it initially programmed properly using the right tools (meaning, not HPT)?

There are lots of things that could be ruled out with more information, but since there's no tune + log posted yet, maybe it will forever remain a mystery. <shrug>

Programmed by PSI originally. 12630501 is the OS that's being used. I don't have a tech2 to try to reprogram it.

so try to have it reflash with a tech2 with the same OS?

Post the current tune so the experts can help more (see post 7).

Need a log more than anything else really, since that's the only way in HPT to see all 8 segment IDs (the tune file only shows 6, does not include the 2 for ETC).
