i installed a tune in a 05 tahoe drive by wire not sure what i did now it wont rev pask 2k and tps voltage is at 0

Try that. I have seen this table do some wonky stuff

there is no change. whats weird is will rev up fine in park as soon as you start it but when put into gear will not rev out and when put back into park will not rev out

Looks like your Limit By Airflow and Speed Limiter Hys. are zeroed out in the Speedo tab.

I'd change them to look like this and see if it works:

Limit By Airflow:

ETC Speed Limiter - 98mph
ETC Speed Limiter 2 - 101mph

Limit By Fuel:

Speed Limiter - 98mph
Speed Limiter Hst - 2mph

If that works then you can adjust the limiters where you want from there, but leave the Hst at 2mph.
