3 BAR O/S - open loop at idle in gear

    01 Silverado
    5.3/4L80
    3 Bar O/S
    Transmission Segment Swapped

A scenario will happen where the truck goes super lean and sounds really weird. If closed loop is turned on, it kicks it out of closed loop and into "OL-Accel/Decel", except it isn't following the open loop table. The commanded AFR does not change. O2's, both factory and wideband go max lean.

All of these must be true for this scenario to play out:

    In gear
    0.4% or less TPS
    brakes applied
    1-2mph or less

Seems like maybe DFCO is kicking on at idle, but i can't find a setting or table that will make a difference.

Truck goes into PE like it should at high load conditions.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks

Here's a revised version that should help some of the issues that you had.
The VE table definitely needs some work. This one is a bit smoother.
Did you mean to have PE and BE modes disabled in the tune? Looks like you were compensating by adding numbers to the VE table.

This worked, thanks a ton... do you think it was the settings you changed under engine diag > airflow ?

i agree VE needs work. It was difficult to tune how it was before.
