l59 still throwing p0178 after tuning it out

Swapping an l59 into a 67 c10. I sent my computer out to have the typical flashing done but forgot to have the flex fuel circuit disabled.Jjust got hp tuners and my first flash was to disable flex fuel to get rid of the p0178 code it keeps throwing. Went in and unchecked p0179 p0178 and disabled flex fuel. After the flash I went in and checked to see if it took and everything still looks good. Unfortunately Im still getting P0178 and im also getting a fuel circuit code that isn't listed in my ecu. will p0178 cause a rich condition?

You can't just uncheck the SES box, that only turns off the light on the dash. You have to click the drop down menu on the code and change it from either MIL on first error, MIL on second error and change it to No Error Reported to stop the code from coming up.
