Applying the custom OS fills that with nonsense data, you need to give it real data for it to run.
Also need to verify MAP sensor linear/offset match the actual sensor being used, those get changed to defaults too.
ok ill look at the table but where do i find the info for the map im using a duramax one from the same year truck
You need either real data for those injectors, or if that's not available, different injectors that come with real data.
I looked for your MAP sensor but couldn't find anything.

Maybe if you had a part number? But be aware, if it's not one that's commonly used in swaps the linear/offset may not be published anywhere.
Mystery parts with no data are not a good fit for the stock PCM. Might be better off with a Holley where you pick parts from a drop-down menu, they are built for stuff like this. The stock PCM is not.
Here's your tune with the Duramax MAP sensor data and a typical turbo VE table for your application.
It should get you running. However, you will need to find the proper injector data in order to get it dialed in 100%.

I wouldn't use a duramax map sensor but that's just me.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
Why not the Duramax sensor? Loss of resolution? I'm using a later model Duramax 4 bar map sensor (GM part #12612110) on my LNF Cobalt Ecotec (actually an ATK LHU/LNF replacement long block w/ intake and sensor) in my kit car at up to 24psi. This is also the sensor used in some of the Buick and Cadillac models.
