Flex fuel sensor tuning

New to the forum, I currently have a 4.8l vortec with a turbo and it was Dyno tuned for E85, I want to add a flex sensor so it will run reg fuel also. I have the newest HP Tuners MPV3 and need some help on how to adjust the tune?
So to add more info, I plan on installing a flex fuel sensor to my setup, if it is already tuned for E85 will the ECM recalibrate all the settings when I use regular gas? If not what do I need to do for it to run on both types of fuel?

Without providing any more information than you did there is no way to answer your question.

You need to add tune and more detailed vehicle info at the very least.

I will save the file and upload it, vehicle is a 1986 K10 swap. Hopefully it was not locked by the Dyno shop when they tuned it.....
