Are you talking about the SPO 357 hp? The 330 hp 350HO has been discontinued for years.

Personally I would get a ZZ4/ZZ6 short block, put a set of Etec170s or AFR 190s on it along with a Comp 218/224 cam. Talking similar money to the SPO 350 and alot more power. That 350 HO is about $5,800. At $2,800 the ZZ6 short block is a decent buy especially since you can avoid the crack prone iron vortecs. An acquantainence of mine bought the ZZ6 short block and it had the ZZ6 roller cam already in it which would run really nicely as well.

I recently tuned an Etec170 headed 383 in a 96 2 door Yukon. Comp XM270HR cam. It is running really nicely. Has shorty headers, stock exhaust and cats and a Volant air intake. MPFI upgrade spider. It is in the 400-420 hp range and loads of torque.
