Set up the RTD+ on my phone with the RTD App, downloaded stock file and sent to tuner, received a tune to turn my electric fans on, uploaded with no problem until I tried to start the truck. It wouldn?t start so I let tuner know and he sent another tune. Tried to upload the tune and I get ?unable to detect vehicle diagnostic protocol and unable to identify proper RTD+ firmware build for this vehicle. No response from vehicle. It?s a standalone harness from bp automotive with a 12200411 pcm. I?ve disconnected the fans and resynced thinking that was the ?noise? in the obd2 port but that hasn?t changed anything. Any help or advice on what to try is appreciated. If there's anything i can download or a way to get a file for someone to look at, let me know. I'm new to all of this.
