REP will throw a check engine light code and help you figure out the problem. But if you disabled all the codes, you'll never know.
If it's a DBW truck, probably has something to do with that. But you didn't post the tune or logs.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
