2007 6.1 hemi SRT 8 Charger Twin Turbos stumbles/stalls with any boost

I have a 2006 Charger SRT 8 6.1, car has about 110,000 on it I put twin turbos on it and now over 3200 rpm it cuts out and hangs, I tuned supercharged 5.7 before and had it making 700hp with no issues, this one I cant figure out any help would be appreciated. I have tuned many audi's, this is my first twin turbo that i have built by myself.

Ok, what in my fueling, VE table?? I m not sure what I am missing

Here is my last log, I cant get it to smooth out. Wide band says I am way rich at WOT and 13.5 -12.5 under light to mid throttle.

need your stock

and also your fuel injectors size

again your fueling is way off

55lb injectors Deatschwerks
2.25 bar map (SRT 4)
twin 58 mm turbos
