Looking for Tuner + advice: 2012 Jeep Wrangler JK 3.6L WA580 w/ On3 Performance Turbo

I was looking at buying an On3 Performance 61mm Single Turbo Kit, but I need to find an experienced tuner to build a tune for me. Since it's a basic kit, I'd need some advice on additional parts. Pump gas is fine and low boost for stock internals. I'd prefer an unencrypted tune so I can update if necessary. I'm doing the install and I installed my Whipple Gen 5 S550 with Fore Innovations Return Fuel System, ID 1050x, E85, etc. However, turbo and Dodge is new to me and this kit doesn't include tunes. I can get access to a dyno, but I'm not planning on drag racing or anything. However, if I have to rebuild in the future, I would probably use forged internals

Wranglers are hot and I live in South Florida. If anyone thinks the above is a bad idea, I've also looked at the Magnuson SC kit too. I like the water-air intercooler, Eaton TVS and 8-rib pulley, but it's a lot more $ and i like to learn new things.

I just tuned one a couple months ago. It ran decent.. On3 was selling their kits super cheap because they discontinuing it.
