Swapped a 4l80e in, did the pin swap u to s, discarded s, relay for 2-3, and tcc pwm relay, stays in third, even after stopping.

getting codes p0787...

what would i have to do to flash the tcm? the tune for the engine is good, but we lost the 4l80 tune on the tcm?

so can i write a calibration for the truck stated above, then write the ecm tune only of my tune?

I have an adapter harness for the 4l80 swap with the extra speed sensor on it, we flashed the ecu to an old tune without saving the tcm file that the swap came with. How would i go about this
