I thought about that, but zero issues with engagement both hot and cold.

Stock tune, no changes
Zero codes. Trans shifts excellent otherwise.
2011 Avalanche, 5.3, 6L80, ALL stock, stock tune, 180k miles. After going WOT and letting off the gas the trans will slam hard into 4th, then 5th, then 6th (depending on speed, shifts are about 1-2...

Here is my Tune @TriPinTaZ
It?s the wife?s car, just looking to tune it for a bit more pep and to get rid of delayed throttle response
How much do you up the DD table by and the whole table or just the lower parts?
2015 yukon, 5.3, throttle lag is horrible off the line. Im going to disable AFM as well but im reading conflicting info on messing with the driver demad table, what can I adjust for better throttle...
What else do you recommend doing for a stock Yukon?
Are there any general guides as to what to adjust for a basic tune? I know about AFM, but what about all the other things like fan settings, shift points/pressure, torque management, driver demand,...
Thanks, I don?t plan on messing with The shift points/pressure or TM. I do however want to adjust the driver demand tables (I think that?s what it?s called), basically the table to get better...
If searched but its all on the older models and not the Gen V, what is the proper way to turn off AFM on the Gen V?s in HP Tuners? Is it the same way as all the other threads im seeing for the Gen...
Awesome, thanks for that
Just got a 15' Yukon with the 5.3, I hate the lag in the pedal, I have to press it 30% to get moving, is there a way to correct it to bring it back in line like it should have been from the factory?
I did log the car before the Vararam and intake manifold, AFR was at 12.5 wot and had NO knock, since I know I will always be running 91 I made the high and low table the same. I added some Lucas...
Tune is pretty much stock minus some torque management removal and shift adjusts, car is a 97 Corvette using shell 91 octane gas, car only has Vararam, LS6 Intake Manifold (intalled over the weekend)...
is safe to run? From the factory they are pretty low numbers, just need ing to know if I can run more?
Bump for question above ^
^^Makes sense now, we will try that this weekend. So him being a MAF only tune ALL I need to do is set the PE, and then scale the MAF table accordingly to compensate to rich/lean during WOT, correct??
Doing this will force PE 100% of the time will it not? I dont understand why all those tables are zeroed out.
I thought it was not a good idea to do a write entire? Hope we dont have to do that every time cause its about 5 mins a pop!
2008 Corvette LS3 Auto 6 speed
Car only has a Cam 225/230 113 LSA new springs and rods.
Factory NPP Exhaust w/ Factory X Pipe
Got a Mail order tune that wasnt to par so my friend and I began...
Could a long rich condition, ie, 12.5 AFR for sustaind high rpms like at a auto X burn them up?
BTW it was def the O2's bad.
