The cheapest way to do it is probably to get a junkyard auto ECU, have someone disable PATS, and modify tune to suit your application.
There are a bunch of folks who can ash can the anti-theft,...
You'll need to tune the ECM to account for the absence of catalysts.
For off road/competition use only, of course.
What ECM is it?
I have done a few of them for coyote swap guys but I don't know if that would be the same method on that ECM. I would have to check and see.
