I would try write calibration again and then disconnect the battery for a few min and see if the issue goes away, if not then try a write entire. Let us know what happens.

click erase logs then load your config again.. unplug the interface from the pc and pcm.. then hook it back up and try to stand alone log it again.

On this set up the customer brought in rc 1600cc low imp. injectors.. They Suck! No fuel control at low pw.. So we had to get a injector driver modual as the injectors and coils effect each other on...
If you don't have hpt no one can help you with out having the car for them to tune it. As it stands your tuner needs to get Gregs dvd's or go to the tuning schools class or both. The file is missing...

If you change the vin to a invalid vin os pair I don't think you will be able to change anything in the tune after that.. I think you would have to have it changed back after the inspection.....
No fog here.. Seen it happen on a coil before or I would not have said it.
Point is it was not the wiring or a coil but in fact a bent valve..
