did you get an answer to this ? I am having the same issue whatever I set the idle at in the tune it raises 100 rpm higher and stays there until the next key cycle.

When you say cruise worked fine with the auto Trans file did it still only work in 4th gear?
Yes it is dbw. Has anyone ever tried a segment swap with an m6 Trans file? I wonder if that would make a difference?
