Yes, a bug... if you change the row axis in Tune A, for example to a 3 bar... then you open or pull a different/unrelated tune, the row axis on the VVE editor remains the same as the tune prior.
Ticket # 39737 and I know a lot of tuners who have also noticed this issue. It's rather frustrating to get ignored or forgotten when you have what I consider to be a major issue.

It doesn't matter. If I command more fuel and reach 18.5-19 ms by 4500 it will cut. If I command less fuel and reach 18.5-19ms around 6000 it will cut.

Mine does that at initial start up when cold for a few seconds then goes away. "Fixed" that problem by zero'ing the minimum spark tables. (Obviously not a legit fix, but did the job)... Be careful...
